July Update - Average Age of Homes!
July's update includes a new metric - the average age of the home in years, across all zip codes!

Our database found that only 4% of the top 1,000 zip codes (based on population) show women having a higher income than men. In fact, unfortunately, there are more zip codes in which women are making more than 30% less than there are zip codes in which women are making more in general.
New York regions make up 7 of the top 15 regions in which women earn more than men. Inversely, Texas regions make up 5 of the bottom 15 regions where men are making significantly more than women.
